Still breathing....

I really haven't abandoned my blog, I know it seems that way, so let's just say I've slowed up a bit. Stress is running high here, and I feel like I'm juggling way too many balls, so please bear with me. I'll be back here a little more frequently very soon. Aaagh, that feels better!

I made a tiny present for a friend's birthday last week - as well as a handmade card, I made these notebooks from old magazines, re-cut old letterheads (no longer with a valid address) and old card stock. So old everything, recycled into something new. Very simple, useful, and blissfully quick and easy to make!

If I spent a little less time on my computer and a lot more time on my work I would be sooo relieved!!! Love the notebooks xx

I can totally relate to the too many balls thing! It is so hard to keep up with the blogging when you are that busy! I would say you were doing pretty well - love the cards!

I like this idea and have been thinking of trying something like it with old photos that don't print out very well - did you see the wee books redheadedsnipet.typepad.com made round valentines? think you could be on to something here!

It's me again ! :>)

I really enjoyed browsing through your blog, Diana. It's so creative. Your photos are beautiful and so peaceful ! Enjoyed the poems too, and these nice recycled notepads (such a bright idea !). I'd really like to make some, as well, cutting through my old magazines to make nice covers, and then please some friends :>)
However, I can't figure how to proceed properly (I'm the visual kind of). So, in case you would have some spare time, could you eventually show the how-to ? I would be so grateful...

Grateful and friendly smiles to you, Diana !

NADINE.
