My favourite way to have them is very simple - steamed. However, I haven't had them roasted before and with a huge bag of bargain sprouts, now is the time to give that a try as it sounds delicious. Last year I came upon a recipe which I never wrote down and I hope I can remember for soup. This sounded quite unappetising to me but I decided to go ahead any way and it was so yummy I made it loads and am planning to this year too. Spinach soup is also rather good so maybe I need to try broccoli soup too as I am also rather fond of that.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5213430389313568934.post-47405047311426541682009-12-13T11:43:47.699+00:002009-12-13T11:43:47.699+00:00mmmm, delicious, and now I have ANOTHER cookbook t...mmmm, delicious, and now I have ANOTHER cookbook to add to wish list. xxxxdriftwoodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11416170414524297337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5213430389313568934.post-47084502323985315302009-12-12T00:03:34.154+00:002009-12-12T00:03:34.154+00:00I actually love them overcooked with a lot of butt...I actually love them overcooked with a lot of butter and pepper but that doesn't like me.I had a recipe for sprout and chestnut casserole.
