Christmas pebbles

My pebble obsession has moved into christmas mode.

Red and white felted pebbles.

Just because.

(I looked at lots of tutorials online, and in the end just took a bit from this, a bit from that, and had a go. The larger ones were done in the kitchen sink, the smaller ones in the washing machine.)

Sneaked off for two minute break from the poorly one. I love these Diana. Have never had a go at felting as I am terrified of breaking the washing machine! uch a shame about today but we can share resolutions in the new year instead xx

These are just fantastic - in the red and white, so festive, but different. Cx

Your pebbles are so wonderful!

I've been wanting to try felted beads for quite a while now but haven't worked up the courage yet. K x

The pebbles look lovely and touchable! Is there a real pebble in the centre of each one?

I love these...can you email me instructions..I love red...they are wonderful...I once felted some slippers...all in one piece and swore never again but the word washing machine sounds like a promising treat...how strange you should make something rd as I have just started a blue Noro scarf....

Those look really neat and I have never feted anything and have no idea how it is done. Please lift the veil of this mystery.

They are lovely and by the way I simply loved the photographs of Archie and Walter, so funny Walter is a dear.

This reminds me of an installation at the Chelsea College of Art & Design's graduate show I saw years ago which featured a room filled with motorised felt eggs that rolled around the floor like slow moving Mexican jumping beans!
