Has it really been several weeks? I'd not intended to be away so long but you know how it is - life creeps up on you when you aren't looking. Real life things that need my time and attention. So this is a tentative wave really. The first of the month seemed like a good time to ease back in to the swing of things.
The photo was taken at a fabulous Midsummer Fair I went to a few weeks ago. I love wooden buildings, especially when the wood has faded with the elements to a beautiful soft silvery driftwood grey. In fact, a little wooden cabin in the middle of nowhere would suit me perfectly!
And on another note, I do have a little giveaway planned - some of my cards I made for the gocco swap. So back soon.

Enjoy the rest of your break - life does seem to have speeded up to breakneck pace recently!
Lovely to see you back Diana! It seems a common theme at the moment, gaps between postings as life or the gorgeous weather get in the way. I'm sure we will all be back to regular blocking again in the winter months!
Gorgeous cards by the way, I love them.
Kx
Woohoo! Here you are! Look forward to the giveaway and am totally with you on the wooden hut thing. That silver-grey is so beautiful and restful. Chat soon xx
Interesting photo! Blokes love driftwood grey, the colour of potting sheds, stable doors & garages where they keep their boys toys :)
Waving Hello back. Was wondering where you'd got to! x
Just waving back. xx
So nice to see you back! And I see G snuck his comment in first! K x

Welcome back!
I love the colour of the wood in your photo. After 6 or 7 years, my garden furniture is now a lovely grey colour - I refuse to follow advice and oil it regularly!
Love that photo... Just thought I would let you know that we made it. All moved in and loving it!
Take Care and Enjoy your break

Good to see you back Diana, I hope you enjoyed your sojourn!
Love that silver wood too.

Great to see you back Diana. I love wooden buildings too, and would quite happily live in one. I have a rickety old shed which I am trying to hold on to. My OH wants me to have a new one! x
