big skies at the beach
A dull start to the day, with those grey/blue skies merging with the greeny blue sea. The sea was strangely calm for such a windy morning. This afternoon the skies were blue, the sun came out, and I spent two hours in the garden digging, tidying, and pulling up dandelions. It was blissful to be working outside.

I'm not sure that hours in the garden pulling out weeds can be called blissful.... the beach however...
I envy that!
You always make me feel quite homesick when you post your coastal photos, particularly those with the Mount. Hope you are well D x
You have a horizon! Looking to where the Atlantic should be, we haven't seen anything but grey gloom for days. I know just what you mean about working outside - I long for it again. Thanks for the great photos.
I had a wonderful little potter about in the garden today too... with the wind in my hair!
I'm loving your beach.
You can come and do mine next m'dear. Don't think we had that bit of sun which I am getting desperate for, but never mind - a meet up is in the offing...hurrah! And yes, Davey will be modelling! x
Looks and sounds like a perfect day!

I'm breathing deeply so that I can fill my lungs with that fresh cornish air. xxx
Yep. Gardening for me yesterday as well.
Your words and images are always so soothing Diana.
I was weeding on Sunday too--just to get out of the house and away from my pile of proofreading. Getting out into the fresh air made such a difference!

Of course my fresh air wasn't quite as scenic...!
